When upgrading from Yayoi Professional 2U to a network, do we also need to enter into network maintenance?

When switching from a “standalone product” such as Standard or Professional to a “network product,” we recommend that you sign up for the network “Worry-Free Maintenance Support.” In that case, maintenance for the “standalone product” will be canceled.
Yayoi Co., Ltd. will send you a “refund request form” directly, which is required for the cancellation procedure, so please submit the request form. The remaining months will be refunded.

Please note that it will take approximately 3 months from the time you submit the request form until the remaining months are refunded.
