Data migration service

We will migrate data for Yayoi products you are currently using on behalf of you.
We will provide a manual, but please consider this if your corporation has many business locations or would like to request this service due to the time consuming nature.

Data at 1 business location: JPY 10,000 

 

IP address restriction settings

Option to restrict the networks that can be connected for security reasons.
By restricting, you can set it so that connections are only allowed from specified IP addresses.

Per IP address: JPY 10,000

   

Change in number of contracted users

Option to accommodate an increase or decrease in the number of current users.

Add 1 user
　Initial cost: JPY 10,000
　Monthly fee: JPY 6,900

*User deletion We will handle this free of charge.

 

Change usage time plan

Option to change between each time plan.
Flexible response is possible if business hours change or you want to extend usage hours to accommodate teleworking.

Per time: JPY 4,500 

   

24-hour spot use option

A spot option that allows you to use the 24-hour plan only during busy periods.

Setup fee: JPY 6,000
Monthly fee: 24-hour plan price applies

 

Additional capacity

An option that allows you to change the cloud environment capacity provided at the time of contract from 128GB to 256GB.

Initial fee: JPY 4,500
Monthly fee: JPY 13,800

   

Upgrade to the latest series

We will upgrade your Yayoi products in the cloud environment to the latest status.
It is a flat rate regardless of the version you are using.
This is optional, so please request it as necessary, such as when laws change.

Per session: JPY 30,000
