Cloud contract type
We offer a fee plan for corporations and small and medium-sized businesses that allows you to choose the time and number of people and provide a great deal.
Monthly cloud payment
This is the basic contract type for applippli Cloud.
There is no minimum contract period and no cancellation fee, so it is also recommended for trial use.
Annual cloud payment
This is a great deal for those who sign up for applippli Cloud for one year and get a 10% discount on the basic fee.

About cloud payments
Monthly payment
The only method of payment for monthly fees is direct debit.
The fee for that month will be transferred to your account on the 27th of each month (or the next business day if that day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday).
After you sign the contract, we will send you an application form for direct debit by postal mail.
*If you would like to use another payment method, please contact us separately.
The first month’s payment will be debited from your account the following month.
We will inform you of the start month of the transfer once your application details have been registered.
*If the start date is at the end of the month, the transfer date may change depending on the closing date of the application date, incomplete documents, etc. You will be given further information when you sign the contract.
Annual payment
When signing a new contract, please pay the initial fee and one year’s annual usage fee by bank transfer.
*The first payment can only be made by bank transfer.
Direct debit will be used from the next year’s renewal. After you sign the contract, we will send you an application form for direct debit.
*If you would like to use another payment method, please contact us separately.
Changing the cloud contract type
Monthly payment
You can change it at any time.
If you contact us, we will send you a URL for a dedicated application form. Please fill in the necessary information and apply for a change to annual payment.
Annual payment
If you have an annual payment contract, you can only change to a monthly payment contract when the contract renewal period comes around.
About changing cloud plans
If the contract hours or number of users increases, such as from a 13-hour plan to a 16-hour plan, or from 3 users to 5 users, you can change it by paying an additional fee.Please note that we cannot provide refunds if the contracted hours or number of users is reduced.
*For corporations (small and medium-sized businesses), we have a system in place that allows you to change the hours and number of people depending on busy periods, etc.
Annual payment
If you change your plan while paying annually, you will be charged the difference between the basic fee for your current plan and the basic fee for the new plan (the remaining months) plus a change setup fee of JPY 4,500, all in one lump sum.
*There is no discount for additional fees. When you renew your plan the next year, you will receive a 10% discount off the total annual fee for the renewed plan.
Reference: Example of payment procedure for annual payment
【Case 1: Time plan change】
・Contract for 3 accounting users, 13 hours
・A lump sum payment of JPY 298,100 has been made for the period from April 2023 to March 2024.
・The time plan will be changed from 13 hours to 16 hours from August 2023.
You will be required to pay a JPY 4,500 change setup fee, the basic monthly plan fee, and the difference between the 13-hour plan and the 16-hour plan (1,200 yen x 8 remaining months) for a total of JPY 14,100.
【Case 2: Change in number of users】
・Contract for 5 users, 16 hours
・Payment of JPY 435,300 for April 2023 to March 2024 has been made in one lump sum
If you wish to increase the number of users by 1 from October 2023, you will need to pay a change setup fee of JPY 10,000, and an additional user fee of JPY 6,900 per month x the remaining 6 months (JPY 41,400), totaling JPY 51,400.
About cloud contract renewal
Annual payment
We will notify you two months before the end of your one-year contract.
If you are switching from annual to monthly payments, changing your time plan, or changing the number of users, please contact us by the end of the month prior to the end of your annual contract.
If you do not make any request, we will proceed with the renewal procedure with the same details.
Reference: Example of contract renewal procedure
・The monthly fee for the year from April 2023 to March 2024 has been paid in one lump sum.
①We will contact you around the end of December 2023.
②If there are any changes to the contract details, please contact us by the end of January 2023.
③Payment for the year from April 2024 to March 2025. The fee will be debited by direct debit on March 27, 2024.
Regarding cloud cancellations
If you wish to cancel your annual contract, there will be no cancellation fee.
However, please note that we cannot refund any fees you have already paid.
