In Yayoi Sales, you can output formats that comply with the qualified invoice storage method from the formats issued from the invoice issue, billing details, sales slip, and quotation screens.
*Some formats do not output the tax classification (consumption tax rate) for each product, and therefore do not comply with the method of storing qualified invoices, etc.
For data stored electronically, all change history for journal entries, subjects, and departments is automatically stored in accordance with the Electronic Bookkeeping Act.
Yayoi Accounting supports the storage of quality ledgers as electromagnetic records. However, Yayoi Accounting’s fixed asset ledger does not support the storage of quality ledgers as electromagnetic records. (As of September 1, 2022)
*Yayoi Accounting will be compatible with the invoice system in due course.
What is the invoice system?
With the start of the reduced tax rate system, the [categorised invoice storage method] is currently in operation.
The invoice system refers to the [qualified invoice storage method], which adds to the current system the requirement to enter the “amount of consumption tax for each tax rate and the applicable tax rate” and “registration number,” and is being introduced to correctly calculate the amount of consumption tax input tax credit.

What is “exclusive mode” in Yayoi Accounting?
Exclusive mode is a function that limits simultaneous connections to business data in the Yayoi Accounting Network Edition.
This allows you to perform system settings such as business office settings, consumption tax settings, carryover processing, and user settings, as well as import processing and data transmission processing.

Since the setting is based on the number of devices used, not the number of simultaneous connections, the contract is for 8 users. By setting up users on all 8 computers, up to 5 devices per business data can be used simultaneously from any of the 8 computers.
If there is multiple business data, the remaining 3 devices can use the other business data simultaneously.
Because it is used in a cloud environment, there is no need to install it on each computer. However, the cloud connection icon must be attached to each PC.
However, as long as there are 8 computers in use and 5 or fewer computers using it simultaneously, 5 users is fine.

This is a different service from the cloud, but if you are currently subscribed to maintenance, you can continue your maintenance contract as it is.
For Standard and Professional, you will be responsible for the procedures.
Choose from Self Plan, Basic Plan, or Total Plan and sign a contract with Yayoi Co., Ltd.
We will handle the subscription procedures for maintenance of Yayoi network products, so please feel free to contact us.
There will basically be no changes to the functions and operation.
