We also offer applippli Cloud Small, which is even cheaper to use and supports peer-to-peer products.

First of all, Yayoi Co., Ltd. offers two types of products: desktop app versions and cloud app versions. Among the cloud app versions is Yayoi Accounting Online.
Compared to the desktop app version, some of the functions are limited, so we recommend the desktop app version for those who want to use more functions.

The screen layouts of the desktop version and Yayoi Accounting Online are different, so if you are considering migrating from the desktop version to a cloud service, we recommend this service, which allows you to use Yayoi products on the cloud as it is.

Worry-Free Maintenance Support does not include maintenance of the cloud environment.
The “Worry-Free Maintenance Support” provided by Yayoi Co., Ltd. is support for Yayoi products and is a separate service from the cloud environment maintenance provided by our company.

By subscribing to “Worry-Free Maintenance Support,” you can receive support for Yayoi products, such as free provision of the latest versions of Yayoi products and the ability to contact the customer center regarding operation.
*Subscription is optional, but we recommend it.

Worry-Free Maintenance Support is a paid annual support plan that provides support for Yayoi products and business operations. A wide range of service menus are available, including product maintenance services, product utilization services, business help desks, and business support services.

About installation and configuration

The initial costs for the applippli Cloud service include the following costs:

It is not necessary to install Yayoi products on client PCs.

You will use the Yayoi product programs set up in a cloud environment. In addition, we will handle all Yayoi product settings in the cloud environment, so you do not need to manage or set them up yourself.

If you look at the migration manual and it doesn’t look like you can carry it out, please contact us and we will handle it for a fee.

About operation and Yayoi

Yes. Yayoi Hanbai 24 and Yayoi Kaikei 24 are compatible with the invoice system.
* Yayoi Hanbai 23 (Ver.26.1.1) and later, and Yayoi Hanbai 24 (Ver.27.0.1) and later
* Yayoi Kaikei 23 (Ver.29.2.1) and Yayoi Kaikei 24 (Ver.30.0.1) and later

In Yayoi Hanbai, you can output formats that comply with the qualified invoice storage method from the formats issued from the invoice issue, billing details, sales slip, and quotation screens.
*Some formats do not output the tax classification (consumption tax rate) for each product, and therefore do not comply with the method of storing qualified invoices, etc.

For data stored electronically, all change history for journal entries, subjects, and departments is automatically stored in accordance with the Electronic Bookkeeping Act.
Yayoi Accounting supports the storage of quality ledgers as electromagnetic records. However, Yayoi Accounting’s fixed asset ledger does not support the storage of quality ledgers as electromagnetic records. (As of September 1, 2022)
*Yayoi Accounting will be compatible with the invoice system in due course.

What is the invoice system?

With the start of the reduced tax rate system, the [categorised invoice storage method] is currently in operation.
The invoice system refers to the [qualified invoice storage method], which adds to the current system the requirement to enter the “amount of consumption tax for each tax rate and the applicable tax rate” and “registration number,” and is being introduced to correctly calculate the amount of consumption tax input tax credit.

After logging in to the cloud environment, the regular Yayoi product login screen will appear.
(Even if you are using business software other than Yayoi products, the screen will open normally.)

Due to the nature of the cloud, it is usually set up so that it can be accessed from anywhere as long as there is an internet connection, but by restricting IP addresses, it is possible to restrict viewing to specific IP addresses only.

The setup fee is JPY 10,000 (excluding tax) per IP. *There is no monthly fee.

As long as the computer which you use to make use of Yayoi products (Yayoi Kaikei and Yayoi Hanbai) has an internet connection, you can use Yayoi products from home, on the go, on a business trip, or from each location.

We will introduce the procedure for saving Excel data etc. from Yayoi products on the cloud to your PC.

* The process after “Reference” in this procedure can also be used as a procedure for saving backup data to a local PC or for importing data from a local PC.

The functionality of Yayoi Hanbai remains the same, so you must log in and operate it in exclusive mode.

What is “exclusive mode” in Yayoi Accounting?

Exclusive mode is a function that limits simultaneous connections to business data in the Yayoi Accounting Network Edition.
This allows you to perform system settings such as business office settings, consumption tax settings, carryover processing, and user settings, as well as import processing and data transmission processing.

According to the specifications, it can be used. However, please note that operation is not guaranteed.
For initial settings, you will be required to log in and set your Yayoi ID after starting Yayoi Accounting.

It cannot be used in our cloud environment.

Support for using Yayoi products is not included.
A separate subscription to Yayoi Co., Ltd.’s reliable maintenance support is required.

When buying a new computer that uses the cloud, all you need to do is save a shortcut icon that connects the new computer to the cloud environment on the desktop or somewhere else.

If you have an environment with an internet connection, you can immediately use Yayoi products from that shortcut icon.
If you move your computer, you can use Yayoi products immediately after the move as long as you have an environment where you can connect to the Internet.

You can set up an environment where you can use Yayoi products immediately without the hassle of reinstalling Yayoi software or connecting to data.

Yes, you can.

Just save a application icon that connects to the cloud environment on the computer you use to use Yayoi products, and as long as you have an environment where you can connect to the Internet, you can use Yayoi products even between distant locations or when you’re out and about.

Since the setting is based on the number of devices used, not the number of simultaneous connections, the contract is for 8 users. By setting up users on all 8 computers, up to 5 devices per business data can be used simultaneously from any of the 8 computers.
If there is multiple business data, the remaining 3 devices can use the other business data simultaneously.

Because it is used in a cloud environment, there is no need to install it on each computer. However, the cloud connection icon must be attached to each PC.

However, as long as there are 8 computers in use and 5 or fewer computers using it simultaneously, 5 users is fine.

This is a different service from the cloud, but if you are currently subscribed to maintenance, you can continue your maintenance contract as it is.

For Standard and Professional, you will be responsible for the procedures.
Choose from Self Plan, Basic Plan, or Total Plan and sign a contract with Yayoi Co., Ltd.

We will handle the subscription procedures for maintenance of Yayoi network products, so please feel free to contact us.

There will basically be no changes to the functions and operation.

However, it cannot be used in the following cases.

  • Linkage with Smart Transaction Import (Yayoi Accounting only) (operation not guaranteed*1)
  • When printing with a dot matrix printer, the characters may be faint or the print position may be misaligned. (operation not guaranteed)
    *Please perform a printing test with the free trial version before use
  • The Income Tax Return Module (Yayoi Accounting only) does not support simultaneous use by multiple users.
  • MoneyLook and Outlook cannot be used.

*1 Linkage with Smart Transaction Import (Yayoi Accounting only) is operational according to the specifications, but operation is not guaranteed.

This cloud service can be used between 7:05am and 10:55pm.
Time restrictions are in place to keep monthly costs down. Thank you for your understanding.

We have started offering a 24-hour option from February 2021.
If you would like to add an option, please contact our customer support desk.

If you use both on “applippli Cloud”, you can link them.
If only one of the systems is cloud-based, this can be achieved by exporting accounting data from Yayoi Hanbai and importing accounting data from Yayoi Kaikei.

About the contract

Both monthly and annual payments can be made by direct debit only.
* The first bill, including the initial fee, must be paid by bank transfer.

After you sign the contract, we will send you an application form for direct debit.
Once the procedure is complete, all payments from the second time onwards will be made by direct debit.

* If you would like to use other payment methods, please contact us separately.

There is no minimum usage period for “applippli Cloud.” After signing the contract, you can cancel at any time. However, you must apply for cancellation one month before the date you wish to cancel.
Once you submit your cancellation request, we will send you a dedicated URL by email.

When switching from a “standalone product” such as Standard or Professional to a “network product,” we recommend that you sign up for the network “Worry-Free Maintenance Support.” In that case, maintenance for the “standalone product” will be canceled.
Yayoi Co., Ltd. will send you a “refund request form” directly, which is required for the cancellation procedure, so please submit the request form. The remaining months will be refunded.

Please note that it will take approximately 3 months from the time you submit the request form until the remaining months are refunded.

About annual payments

Regarding contract renewals for applippli Cloud, we will inform you by email two months before the renewal month. In addition, please contact us by the end of the month before the renewal month for various plan changes for applippli Cloud.

Please pay the total of the basic fee for the current plan, the remaining months of the basic fee for the new plan, and the change setup fee of JPY 4,500 in one lump sum.

【Example of payment difference: Time plan change】 As of April 2024
・Contract for 3 accounting users, 13 hours
・Usage fee in one lump sum for April 2023 to March 2024.
・Time plan changed from 13 hours to 16 hours from August 2023.

You will be required to pay a JPY 4,500 change setup fee, the basic fee for the monthly plan, and the difference between the 13-hour plan and the 16-hour plan (Usage fee difference x 8 remaining months) for a total amount.

  • If you want to increase the contract hours or number of users

If you want to increase the contract hours or number of users, such as from the 13-hour plan to the 16-hour plan, or from 3 users to 5 users, you can make changes by paying an additional fee.
*There are no discounts for additional fees.

  • If you want to reduce the contract hours or number of users

If you want to reduce the contract hours or number of users, such as from a 16-hour plan to a 13-hour plan, or from 5 users to 3 users, you can make the change, but we cannot refund any fees you have already paid.

In either case, when you renew your plan the next year, we will apply a 10% discount to the total annual fee for the renewed plan.

No, not if you are in the middle of your annual contract period.
You can change to monthly payments when you renew your annual contract period.

If you wish to cancel your annually billed applippli Cloud contract, there will be no cancellation fee. However, please note that we cannot refund any fees that have already been paid.

Yes, if you sign up for annual payments for applippli Cloud, you will receive a 10% discount off the annualized monthly fee.

Yes, it is possible to change from monthly to annual payments for applippli Cloud.

When signing up for a new contract, please pay the initial fee and one year’s annual usage fee by bank transfer.
