  3. One cloud contract entitles you to use one package product.
    For example, if you want to use Yayoi Sales and Yayoi Accounting with this cloud service, you will need two contracts.
  4. This service is dependent on your internet connection. We recommend using a fiber optic connection.
  5. Update your Windows updates to the latest version. (We cannot provide support for this, so please check with the manufacturer or installation company if you have any questions.)
  6. Update the drivers for peripheral devices such as printers to the latest version. (We cannot provide support for this, so please check with the manufacturer or installation company if you have any questions.)
    。*If the program of Windows updates and drivers for peripheral devices such as printers are not up to date, this may cause problems such as being unable to print.

How do we use the cloud (how to start it up)?

Here is a video that shows you the steps to start up the cloud.

After logging in to the cloud environment, the regular Yayoi product login screen will appear.
(Even if you are using business software other than Yayoi products, the screen will open normally.)

We have pre-implementation materials for applippli Cloud available.

What is “applippli Cloud”?

This service provides a cloud environment where you can use Yayoi, Ouken, Sorimachi, and other network products.

*You will need to purchase the product separately.
Examples: new purchases, license upgrades, upgraded products, etc.

[For network products]
Typically, you will build a network within your company and set up a server/database to use the product.
*Basically, access is only possible from each client PC within the company’s network environment.

[In the case of applippli Cloud]
Our service converts this physical server portion into a cloud.
(This is a service that allows you to use Yayoi products as it is on the cloud.)
By moving to the cloud, we can keep implementation costs to a minimum and there is no need for dedicated maintenance personnel (maintenance-free).
It supports teleworking, so you can use it from home, on the go, or on a business trip.

We also offer applippli Cloud Small, which is even cheaper to use and supports peer-to-peer products.

How is it different from Yayoi Accounting Online?

Yayoi Accounting Online is one of the services provided by Yayoi Co., Ltd. that allows you to use and manage Yayoi Accounting in a cloud environment.

First of all, Yayoi Co., Ltd. offers two types of products: desktop app versions and cloud app versions. Among the cloud app versions is Yayoi Accounting Online.
Compared to the desktop app version, some of the functions are limited, so we recommend the desktop app version for those who want to use more functions.

The screen layouts of the desktop version and Yayoi Accounting Online are different, so if you are considering migrating from the desktop version to a cloud service, we recommend this service, which allows you to use Yayoi products on the cloud as it is.

Can we access the cloud only from the office?

Yes.

Due to the nature of the cloud, it is usually set up so that it can be accessed from anywhere as long as there is an internet connection, but by restricting IP addresses, it is possible to restrict viewing to specific IP addresses only.

The setup fee is JPY 10,000 (excluding tax) per IP. *There is no monthly fee.

Does Worry-Free Maintenance Support include cloud maintenance?

Worry-Free Maintenance Support does not include maintenance of the cloud environment.
The “Worry-Free Maintenance Support” provided by Yayoi Co., Ltd. is support for Yayoi products and is a separate service from the cloud environment maintenance provided by our company.

By subscribing to “Worry-Free Maintenance Support,” you can receive support for Yayoi products, such as free provision of the latest versions of Yayoi products and the ability to contact the customer center regarding operation.
*Subscription is optional, but we recommend it.

Worry-Free Maintenance Support is a paid annual support plan that provides support for Yayoi products and business operations. A wide range of service menus are available, including product maintenance services, product utilization services, business help desks, and business support services.
